INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana's social services agency can't set a cap on the amount of money the state pays people on Medicaid for dental services if the treatment is medically necessary, a federal appeals court has ruled.

Man my grandparents really need to move to Indianapolis. They have the worst teeth right now, and I don't think their medicare covers the cost of their Leesburg dental visits (ex. http://www.leadingdental.com ). What other states have this same law in place? For all I know our state could cover it and we just aren't that aware.
